Why Omega-3 fatty acids are so important to all around health





Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids. They are necessary for human health but the body can’t make them -- you have to get them through food. They are essential nutrients for our good health.














 
There are two major types of omega-3 fatty acids in our diets:

1st type-Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)

They are found in some vegetable oils, such as soybean, rapeseed
