Fish, Flaxseed May Lower Alzheimer's Risk-Omega-3-Rich Diet May Protect Aging Brain

   Early research results suggest that consumption of fatty fish, nuts and other foods rich in omega-3 can fatty acids to protect against Alzheimer's disease.

In a recently published study, researchers found that people whose diets contain more omega-3 had the lowest levels of the protein beta-amyloid.
